How do you transfer music that was downloaded in Bearshare to your computer music files?

I pay a monthly fee for downloading songs from Bearshare and I’m trying to load these songs on to my APPLE IPOD but none of the songs I’ve downloaded are saved in my documents/Music File. Bearshare wants me to burn them to a CD first then play back on my computer there has to be an easier way?

There is a step by step guide about downloading free videos, music from limewire, youtube, etc to iTunes for iPod, iPhone, Apple TV, etc. It is easy-to-use and the converting speed is fast.
